Paul is a professional Accountant and fellow of the globally recognised professional body, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) for the past 20 years. Early in his career, he applied the rigour and professionalism demanded to key roles in both the non-profit sector and private equity investment. His return to public practice in 2012 coincided with the expansion in cloud technology which he embraced, recognising the potential to deliver a high-quality service to small businesses. As a Xero Certified Advisor, Paul’s professional values promise speed without sacrificing quality, and focuses on building a relationship with his clients to fully understand their unique challenges and personal journey as business owners.

Lucia is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare and financial services industries. She obtained her Master’s Degree in International Relations and Human Rights Law in Paris, France. After moving to London, she worked in education and healthcare policy with relevant European Union Legislation Directives affecting change within the four countries of the United Kingdom. Since moving back to the USA, Lucia has since further developed her skills as a problem solver within her role in the financial services industry. At Atlantic Accounts, she is instrumental to new client acquisition within the franchisee community. She is able to effectively influence and implement change within an organization as well as with high-profile clients. Lucia leads the internal Client Relationship Management, policy development and provides leadership as part of the senior management team.
